What we like: AYKsolutions provides what they call a semi-managed support suite with its dedicated servers. We found its a bit more and really ensures your server is setup at deployment with features that we'd class as a fully managed option (www.ayksolutions.com/full-management.htm).

Shared, Reseller and VPS options are not alone either, AYKsolutions provides 24/7 support to all these customers as well.

revewing AYK Hello, I have been with them for almost 5 years Here is my review about them 1- Administration : They have a very friendly manager ( Artyom ) who doesn''''''''''''''''t take any weekends , and always there to help 2- Sales : After I built trust with them , they began to offer me special prices and discounts , they didn''''''''''''''''t suspend my overdue servers , they even gave me grace periods to pay my overdue , they also gave me servers before PAYMENT which cannot be done by most of companies 3- Support : replies are always fast except very few times over the last 5 hours which can be counted on your fingers where they replied just few hours later (1-4) but in 99.9 of cases all support requests are answered in same hour . anybody can try them in any random time day or night 4- Customer service : they immediately offer credit for any shortage on their side however that shortage was not caused by them by through third parties they deal with ... so they are very very Ehab http://www.st-mina.com A A A A 11/25/2008 4:49:22 PM
