They wanted to offer people web hosting without hassle and launched a free web hosting provider. The drawback with free hosting is the many limitations, including a lack of features. After careful research and planning, they launched a fully-fledged web hosting service with a high performance, great service and low prices.

What we like: The big three 1) Toll Free Phone 2) Live Chat 3) Email are all available options with Bounceweb.

We had no problems contacting Bounceweb and received a reply quickly back with answers to our questions.
What needs improvement: None at this time
Support Review Grade: A
What we like: Bounceweb offers a 30 minute guarantee and we were not disappointed.
What needs improvement: Support is available via online support system only. We'd like to see more options made available, perhaps live chat support and toll-free phone.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: For Shared and Reseller options, Bounceweb offers three plans with each that provide a good range of options and features.

With the popular cPanel control running things Bounceweb provides three well stacked Shared Hosting plans and three Reseller Hosting options.

All six would sufficiently launch a business website although we particularly liked the Silver plans and it provides a nice medium to run any website and or hosting business.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Usability Review Grade: B
What we like: Bounceweb recently launched their new website design. It positively promotes all their products and services nicely and easily for customers to get around.
What needs improvement: Bounceweb has a great blog (http://blog.bounceweb.com) although we only found one link to it (at the very bottom of the homepage). A more prominent way to access the blog from the main site would be nice to see.
Conclusion Grade: A
Bounceweb strives on providing excessive support to its customers.

They go out of our way to help you and their highly trained technicians can answer and resolve any questions or problems within a 30 minute guarantee. This level of service is refreshing and customers are in good hands when choosing Bounceweb as their hosting provider.
