Former client Very Bad Technical Support. The Rep was alwayS very rude to me. Couldn't offer any help as to how to use the site builder. Always insisted I read the tutorial and/ or watch the video. I did all that but still did not find what I was looking for. Still this Rep would offer no help. He always told me that I could cancel if I wanted to. The day I got ready to cancel, he insulted me and hung up the phone on me. This happened today, March 26th 2010 at about8:20 pm Central. He said he was the one who designed the cancellation form. When I asked him if he could help me with my account number, he snobbed at me and said the form does not require the account number. When I asked him to check it out, he came back and said that I was right but was looking at the old form. Then I asked for the new form and he hung up the phone on me. This is very bad Tech support.
