Host Introduction Extreme Hosting has established an excellent presence within the adult hosting arena. For the past 8 years they have continually provided a solution that is robust and trustworthy.

It’s comforting to see a No Overselling guarantee along with money back guarantee and SLA policies.

While a majority of hosts utilize cPanel or Plesk, it was refreshing to see Extreme Hosting working with a custom control panel that manages all server details along with billing and support.

What we like: We always like to see the four main options available when evaluating a new web host.

Extreme Hosting made it easy for us by providing with all four methods.
1. Sales Email
2. Ticket System
3. Live Chat
4. Toll-free
What needs improvement: We had to wait a while for the live chat feature to load up and connect to an operator.
Support Review Grade: A
What we like: We were very impressed with how easy it was to reach support.

The custom control panel that each shared hosting account is provided with has direct access to the support ticketing system.

We did not have to log in to a separate system and if we needed additional help the toll-free and live chat options were also available.
What needs improvement: Very impressed at this time, no other recommendations available.
Plans / Features Review Grade: B
What we like: Three shared hosting plans to choose from. Simple, yet feature packed plans.
What needs improvement: When your catering towards the adult hosting market, we would've like to have seen a higher end range (possibly dedicated servers) available.
Usability Review Grade: A
What we like: Everything we needed, from hosting plan features, to control panel demo and terms and conditions were easily accessible from the main site navigation.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Conclusion Grade: A
The No Overselling guarantee really did it for us and makes our decision to go with Extreme Hosting an easy one.

The adult hosting industry is well known for pushing a lot of bandwidth and resources on the server. By ensuring each customer is provided with the full resources purchased and managing those who are exceeding those limits is comforting to see.

Great Hosting I've been hosting with Extreme Hosting for about 3 1/2 - 4 years now, and have about 15 websites hosted on their plans. When I first started it seemed like there were several issues with outages, but over the last 2 years I've been running solid as a rock. The only outages were self induced, and not problems with Extreme Hosting. I've looked at other site like Network Solutions, but honestly for the help I've been able to get with the couple of problems I've had, and the pricing I''d be a fool to move.
