What we like: The website itself is extremely well laid out and informative. Just by clicking around from the top navigational bar we were able to get all our answered answered (from server options, support options to server specials).

We particularly liked the call back feature. It allowed us to submit our info and Gigenet's sales team contact us to answer our questions.
What needs improvement: When we clicked on the 24/7 Live Chat option, it mentioned operators are only present between 10am-6pm CST Monday-Friday.

What we like: Wow! The server configuration options available with each dedicated server are impressive.

We were able to choose from 30+ operating systems a wide range of hardware and software applications along with a very easy to pick and choose order form system.
What needs improvement: None at this time.

What we like: Very well designed and mapped out website. We had no problems locating all the information, services and products.

Dedicated Servers - Awesome! I have been with Gigenet for 4 months now. Both hands down, the best network, staff, and hardware.
