Hostgator is reliable I have written several emails to different departments of Hostgator most asking many questions of staff and management and well as tech support. My experience level is not that of a tect support but each time I have asked for help and support I have received friendly knowledgeable support,that was explained on a level I can understand. I have asked a lot of questions and each time your staff knew the answer or supplied the answer in a short period of time and never guessed at the problems I had. This is important to me.
