We opted for the phone support, although live chat and email options are available.
For those do-it yourself types, Hostgator is a front runner when it comes to providing customers with an extensive forum (http://forums.hostgator.com), Knoweldgebase and Flash Tutorials.
With all support provided in-house you can be sure to receive a quick, effective and truly American support response/resolution. |
