I have written several emails to different departments of Hostgator most asking many questions of staff and management and well as tech support.
My experience level is not that of a tect support but each time I have asked for help and support I have received friendly knowledgeable support,that was explained on a level I can understand. I have asked a lot of questions and each time your staff knew the answer or supplied the answer in a short period of time and never guessed at the problems I had. This is important to me.
The level of support from all departments and been great during the start up of my reseller program and look forward to working with you and your staff in the future.
