Host Introduction InMotion Hosting says it was founded to fill a void in the industry, the void being the quality of service and support that was lacking with many hosting companies. Since their inception they have strived to provide the Best Customer Support and Highest Quality of Service.

The InMotion Hosting support department is 100% U.S. based and comprised of only In-House employees. Support pre-loads servers with many standard installs such as Apache, PHP and cPanel. Customers can specify which versions of these installs they wish to utilize for no additional charge. While most support is included free, additional support fees are only required on non-standard modules such as TomCat, Eaccelerator & Mod Security.
Our Support Department is 100% U.S. Based and comprised of only In-House Employees. We do not outsource whatsoever. We have been awarded with an "A" Rating by the Better Business Bureau since 2003 & "3 of 3 Stars" by CNet since 2002.
