SoftLayer presents one of the most coherent and well-designed Web sites in the industry. Ordering a new server takes literally minutes and the customer portal makes adding new services and managing existing orders a breeze. Sales chat is readily available, 7 days a week. |

SoftLayer offers such a wide selection of hosting solutions that it truly holds the position as a market leader, in both price and substance. Innovative products like Express Servers—setup in less than two hours maximum—provide important flexibility. The dual public-private network approach is a strong feature for managing fleets of servers. |

| SoftLayer’s sales approach and hosting solutions build on the theme that SoftLayer has all its bases covered, and is a viable solutions provider to meet the needs of small, medium, large businesses alike. We had trouble finding any meaningful demerits on the surface for this review. |
