What we like: The 247-Host.com sales staff make you feel welcomed and like your planning on joining part of their family.

We tested all four methods (Live Chat, Sales Email, Online Form & Toll-Free) and were impressed to see all avenue's were responded to quickly and efficiently.
What needs improvement: None at this time.

What we like: During testing we positioned a few scenario's that would warrant a highly skilled technician, Level II or higher to resolve.

We were impressed to see that not only was our issue sent directly to a technician that could handle it but resolved within a matter of minutes.

With cPanel included with most packages you can be sure to receive qualified help should any issue arise.

Top Canadian Host 247-host is amazing! Great service, fast servers, and amazing prices and features! I''ve got 4 different sites hosted on the same account and none have suffered any downtime apart from a pre-notified 30 minute maintenance check. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 and usually very helpful. The one thing I could complain about would be that their online chat operators are sometimes a bit slow to respond.
