While all staff for Exabytes is based in Malaysia, we were pleasantly surprised when we received a very well articulated response (in English) to our sales questions.
The preferred method of contact we found was email and live chat and in all cases we were met by friendly and eager assistants who are willing to help. |

Extended operating hours would be a benefit to customers in the West. |

Exabytes utilizes the Kayako ticketing system for all support. With this revolutionary system in place, it allows technicians to provide faster support based on the services rendered.
The ticket system is available to all and provides a fantastic opportunity to service customers 24/7.
We found it easy to submit questions to technicians and track the progress/updates via the customer account portal. All support issues we submitted were received and resolved within a satisfactory time-frame. |

Live Chat support was offline during business hours here in the US. We would like to see this option extended 24/7 as well. |

We particularly liked how they have not gone down the road of UNLIMITED everything. Ensuring what they offer is delivered and provided at the highest possible level.
