Future Hosting provides 24/7 support via their ticket system.
With at least one Level 3 tech working 24/7, we found our issues from basic to complex were resolved quickly and at all hours of the day. |

We were presented with five locations to choose from, ensuring our customers were provided with the best possible ping times and website access.
Best of all, when selecting a VPS solution we were backed by Future Hosting's data protect program. An innovative data protection service developed exclusively for Future Hosting customers. Using Continuous Data Protection technology, Future Hosting protection plan creates complete backups every two hours of all customer data. The data is then encrypted and archived on a remote backup server. |

From cPanel/Plesk/Direct Admin VPS plans (Managed or Unmanaged) on either 32 or 64 bit platforms to Dedicated Servers.
Your provided with all options to make an informed hosting decision.
Also, we found Future Hosting is utilizing the revolutionary HSPC order, billing, support system. By far the leader in backend web hosting management. |

I read your interview with Future Hosting. Everything the VP of Future Hosting stated was 100% accurate and truthful. I have a managed VPS account in their Seattle data center. Customer service is prompt, efficient and friendly. My VPS uses 2.5Ghz Quad Core 45nm Xeon chips. They don''''t use any cheap hardware. First class equipment all the way. You can essentially delete your whole server and Future Hosting can recreate it for you. I''''m not speaking from experience but I know it can be done. I''''m very happy with the their service. I have a managed cPanel VPS. |
