What we like: We submitted several support queries to GRABWeb during testing, the majority answered promptly and efficiently.
What needs improvement: 24/7 Live Chat Support - While online most of the day, we would like to see this option upgraded to 24/7.

What we like: Stated earlier, the option to go with Linux and/or Windows Hosting is a striking benefit.
What needs improvement: We'd like to see an option for scalability, in particular under the Reseller Hosting option. Should one grow out of the maximum plan offered, options on what is available would be a benefit to potential buyers.
