Host Introduction HostNine has been in business over 2 years and offers true 24x7 support on all of our packages backed by our 99.9% uptime guarantee. We do not outsource our staff and take pride in providing our customers with the best possible service and support around.
We provide a unique Reseller Hosting platform which powers our shared hosting as well. We currently host in 9 different data centers located all around the world. This allows shared customers to choose where their site is hosted and allows resellers to not only choose where they want their domains hosted but it spreads them out across multiple servers.
Sales Review Grade: A
What we like: Fast, Informative and Available. We were pleasantly met with fast responses to all sales questions at all hours of the day and night.
What needs improvement: No complaints!
Support Review Grade: B
What we like: The HostNine support team utilizes the ticketing system only and delivers fast and accurate support responses/resolutions.
What needs improvement: Live chat and phone options.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: Being able to select your data center location with the shared hosting services.

With nine locations to choose from, HostNine offers this unique feature to all customers and directly on the custom order forms.

Pricing and features offered under the Reseller Hosting Packages are well presented to customers as well. The Data Center choice option is also available, you may need to contact sales prior to ordering as the drop down selection is not posted on the order forms.
What needs improvement: Content Delivery Network (CDN) or Offsite Backup solutions. With nine datacenters utilized across the world, having these add-on services available would make for a valuable asset to customers.
Usability Review Grade: A
What we like: Professional design website is easy to gather information with contact details actively linked across the website.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Conclusion Grade: A
Our core focus at this time is shared hosting. We recently developed a new website and launched all new packages to keep up with the market's demand.
