What we like: When undecided, contact Network Solutions sales at their toll-free number to receive the best service.

Associates we talked with were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

They were able to determine what path to go down and how to go about implementing the tools into our business.
What needs improvement: Live Chat Sales, recommended for support as well. We would like to see this tool implemented to answer those quick and easy questions that most often don't require too much effort.

What we like: We tested three methods of support at Network Solutions (Email, Trouble Ticket and Phone).

We preferred the phone option although we found all incidents were met with great response and resolution times.
What needs improvement: Live Chat Support would be a nice feature to see implemented.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: Looking to do it yourself or require solutions for your business, Network Solutions range of services caters to both ends of the spectrum.

We particularly enjoyed reviewing the features included with each solution, you aren't left with anything you dont' need to make your online presence a success.

What we like: From the website servicing customers (www.networksolutions.com) to the corporate website providing information about who's running the show (www.about.networksolutions.com), Network Solutions has created a well oiled website.

Very easy to compare solutions, what's included and how they can be effectively implemented into your business.
What needs improvement: Launching a company blog under the corporate website, bringing more of the behind the scenes atmosphere to the forefront.
