We launched the first Managed Dedicated Server in the mid 1990’s when most people were just discovering the Internet, and we’ve been innovating ever since. Now we operate a VPS product line that is designed as an Enterprise-class Dedicated Server replacement.
All ServInt services are Enterprise-class. They are all connected to ServInt's fast and stable network which literally hasn't had a moment of downtime in years.
Sales Review Grade: A
What we like: Quick response to questions sent via email. Testing phone during business hours was also met with a very enthusiastic sales representative who was very informative and friendly.
What needs improvement: Extending sales hours beyond 9-5 and adding a live chat option.
Support Review Grade: A
What we like: The level of support we received when testing ServInt services was fantastic. We were provided with a number to call support or ticketing system if we preferred to email in our problem. Both options were met with fast responses and the results were spot on!
What needs improvement: Live chat support would be a nice feature to have available.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: The VPS solutions are a perfect replacement solution for the expensive dedicated server costs.

Root access and all the features you would typically receive on a dedicated server were provided. We reviewed and rigorously tested a linux VPS plan with cPanel and WHM VPS Optimized included.

The performance was excellent and it truly makes you feel like your in your own server.

For those looking at dedicated servers, ServInt really packs a punch with the features. Virtuozzo Power Panel, Nightly Backups plus your choice of Control Panel (cPanel or Plesk) included at no cost.
What needs improvement: None at this time, each solution excelled at the features included.
Usability Review Grade: A
What we like: Help Me Decide (www.servint.net/helpmedecide.php), a ServInt tool to assist individuals and businesses choose the right solution for their needs. Couple this with easy to find solutions, comparison charts and a request a quote feature ---- we found ServInt is equipping the customer with all the tools to make an informed buying decision.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Conclusion Grade: A
ServInt caters to anybody making money on the Internet. If your business relies upon your Internet presence, you need a provider that will keep you up and running. If you make money on the Internet and want to relax, not worrying about your uptime, you are part of ServInt's target market.
