Should you not find information pertaining to a particular service or product, its easy to contact a sales associate via their toll-free telephone sales assistance and live-chat capabilities.

What we like: The real-time network status page is a strong asset, and the company’s “Network and Server Status and Statistics Center” seems well built and informative. The toll-free telephone support and well-organized contact options is of real value to businesses. We’re also very pleased to see a public wiki and documentation portal.

What we like: The selection and pricing on web hosting services are in line with market averages. Novice users will enjoy some of the additional services such as PCI Complaint Hosting, Magnento Shopping Cart Solutions, Firewalls/Backups and even the new Reseller Rent to Own program.

What we like: The new Superb website makes it very easy to navigate, research and gather all details pertaining to a particular service.

Superb sets a great example in the quality of support it provides. Technicians are available 24x7, ready to answer any customer concerns. All support issues are handled within 24 hours. In fact, most support queries are answered within 24 minutes! Despite being one of the larger providers around, customers always receive the personal attention and care associated with small companies.
