The dedicated account manager worked with us to determine which solution is best suited for our business.
Having a point of contact like this was refreshing and felt like we were important to the company prior to the selecting Verio as our hosting provider. |

Verio technicians provided support quickly and efficiently when requested. To ensure 24/7 support was delivered, we called their techs at all hours of the day/night and were met with the same excellent response and resolution time.
An important note to report is how well Verio informs and educates its customers. The Support Documents provided www.verio.com/support/documents is impressive and assists those customers who like to know how to do it yourself or understand how the whole process works. |

I had to switch from an older support package to a newer more robust package to support an anticipated jump on our website needs. Verio assisted with this process in a very timely way and I was able to accomidate this unexpected jump in hits. |

| Exceptional Service! |
We have been extremely pleased with Verio. Set up was easy and the staff helped us out any time we got into a bind. We are using a virtual private server that has been awesome. We have all the control we need backed by a great support structure. Exceptional service! |

| Great Service, Verio Works! |
Our company is using Verio for years. Verio has a great technical support 24/7 and always identify / solve issues smoothly. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. We recently changed our server plan, but it had no problem. Verio works perfectly with us. Highly recommended. |

| A couple of months, great experience |
Ive been using Verio web hosting for almost three months now, VPS Core Starter.
The service has been great and the technical support, until now, always answered my inquiries adequately.
Furthermore, the package contracted suits my needs and the customer service advised me correctly on which service to choose. |

| Verio is a solid remote host |
I came to Verio through their acquisition of Best Communications 11 years ago and have been very happy with them. I have their Advanced Linux VPS Core. I don't have the issues I'm seeing with email in other reviews because I don't use it for email. I mostly use it as "home base" for development, file sharing, playing with new technologies, and my personal website.
Things I like:
1. Reliable. Uptime has been near flawless with maybe 2 downtimes in 11 years lasting for no more than 5 minutes. I have never lost any data with them either.
2. Speed. My ssh/scp interactions and website performance has always been fast with very little to no speed variation.
3. Secure. Ive never been hacked or compromised in any way. I trust my Verio account with my most important files.
4. Tech support. The few times Ive contacted them they've been very fast over email. Their triage process was always technically sound. They always answered my questions and were friendly. |

Our company has used Verio for many years, since 2001. We haven't had too many issues, and when we did, they were resolved fairly quickly. Recently, over the past couple months, we have had some serious issues with one of our email users mailbox "timing out" to where she can not download emails, sometimes taking several hours to download. I have called into the support office several time and as of now, the issue is still not resolved. We have been escalated to the support team and they are suppose to follow up with a phone call after 24-48 hours, instead we receive emails that the issue has been resolved when it has not. We can not be productive if our emails don't come to us properly. |

I have previously used other hosting providers and was recommended Verio by an colleague. Verio has met our needs as a business and we are very happy clients.
